COMCASTIC!
For the better part of a week, my roommates and I had a shared, growing excitement as we were about to get cable television - no more fumbling with my rabbit ears to watch The Office!
The day finally arrived! So excited was I that, upon coming home from work, I put on KRON4 News! My roommates came home from dinner shortly thereafter, made fun of me for watching - of all the new things to watch - KRON4, then disappeared. I went up a few more channels and watched a few appraisals on Antique Roadshow, then turned off the TV to go check email. After about 30 minutes, I came out to find Kristen’s door and TJ’s/Jenni’s door shutsville. Expecting to see someone in the front room watching television, I opened our hallway door, only to have a lonely Jupiter look up from his laying, then continue to lick himself.
This amused me.
well if it would have been installed in my room like the original plan was…. then i would have been watching our new cable that i have looked forward to for so long.
but it wasnt. and we have no couch. so i went to bed.
but tonight….. its ON!
